Institute Black Bear Solution is a non-profit organization founded by a multidisciplinary team with extensive experience across operational, instructional, and advisory roles in government and public-sector environments that works  to build stronger, better-prepared teams; through applied training, independent research, and direct advisory support on doctrine, frameworks, and equipment.

Our role is to strengthen capacity ; through training grounded in practice, research that reflects current thinking, and advisory work tailored to the specific context of each organization we serve.

Risks evolve. Equipment changes. Knowledge must keep pace. We continuously review our methods, challenge our assumptions, and update our assessments so that the organisations we work with are always building on current knowledge, not outdated practice.
