1. Delivery

Normal delivery time is 2-7 business, depending on your place of residence. In some cases, it may take 5-14 business days for the goods to be delivered. International orders vary in price based on weight and distance. As soon as your package has been ready for shipment you will receive a tracking number by email.

NOTE: It may take a few hours for the tracking to become active.

I have not received all the goods, I ordered!

2. Exchange and return

If you have goods that you wish to return, please follow this steps:

  1. Send us a email at shop[at]blackbearsolution.com.
  2. Enter the reason for the return and the name of the goods you are returning.
  3. Include a scan or picture of the original recipe
  4. Place the items you want to return in original packaging with all labels hanging on it. 
  5. Do not tape or write directly on the product packaging.
  6. Send it back to us.
  7. The period for exchange and return is 8 day after delivery

3. Product failure

I have defect goods!
If you have goods that has been broken or was defective at delivery, please contact us via our email: shop[at]blackbearsolution.com and we will help you create a case.
