All product photographs are symbolic and do not depict actual product features. The provider reserves the right to change the supply of products and services and their corresponding prices. The provider reserves the right to change terms and conditions of services. Company does not accept any responsibility for damage that could follow the use, misuse or unavailability of its website. Company does not accept any responsibility for third parties’ websites (and their information) that are connected with ours.

2.Payment

All orders need to be payed before going into delivery. In cases where alternative payment is desired please contact us via our email: shop[at]blackbearsolution.com.

3.Processing of orders

Depending on your place of residence but normal shipping time is 2-7 working days for EU country and 5-14 days for international orders.
Payment on delivery is only possible for Slovenia.

4.Prices

Shipping is specified in the shopping cart and varies based on your place of residence and the shipping option you want. The prices you find on www.blackbearsolution.com doesn’t include VAT, shipping and customs duties.

5.Complaints

We will try to solve your complain in the shortest possible time.

6.Cancellations

To cancel your order before despatch, we recommend that you contact us by phone or e-mail: shop[at]blackbearsolution.com as soon as possible after placing your order, and we’ll do our best to cancel your order before it’s dispatched.

7.Damaged package

If you find that the package is damaged on delivery or by pickup at the post office, you must notify us immediately via our email shop[at]blackbearsolution.com and we will help yoy raise a case with our delivery provider.

NOTE: When picking up a package make sure you carry out an examination of the package before signing for it.

8.Defective goods

If the costumer receives a defective goods he or she should inform us via our email shop[at]blackbearsolution.com
Take a picture of the defect immediately and include it the email.
The costumer has 8 day to claim the defected product from the day of delivery.

If the claim is approved, the costumer has the following options:

  • Get new goods (same one as ordered)
  • Switch for different goods in the same price range
  • Get a refund

9.Higher Force

In a case of higher force (natural disaster, war,…) Black Bear Solution & Hasanovic holds the rights to cancel all orders or delay them until the situation improves.
